These telescopes were given to the club by people who no longer wanted them. Some said we can do whatever we want with them... use them, loan them out, give them away, sell them, whatever.
These scope have not been fully checked out, and need verification of what works and what doesn't work. As well, as what accessories they possess. As their details become clear they will be advanced to the main loaner page. But, don't let that scare you away, if you see one you would like to check out, contact our equipment manager, Mark, and the detailed descriptions and parts can be figured out with you. We are looking for caretakers (people to borrow according to our loaner program) for each of our telescopes. What a deal our loaner program is - you get to check them out for 30 days minimum and until someone else what to use it. Effectively you can use it as long as you keep your membership current until another member wants to try it.
