From Hurricane take SR-59 to Hildale. Turn East at the OLD Subway Sandwich onto Utah Avenue. NOTE: The speed limit on Utah Avenue is slow. I think 20 MPH. The road will curve to the left becoming Canyon Street. Turn left onto Newel Avenue. The library is on the right. Alternatively, just before the curve turn left onto Memorial Avenue. The next right turn is Newel Avenue. The library is on the left. If bringing a telescope... enter the left parking lot and continue around to the back of the building to unload. Set up the telescope on the lawn to the far back corner in front of the little pavillion where there is a clear view to the West and South. We may set up a table near the sidewalk on the east side for outreach toolkits.
